QUICKLY OUTGROWN. OUR FIVE YEAR LEASE WILL BE UP APRIL OF 2023. AND LOOKING TO FIND A NEW HOME. HEARD MY CLINIC, I FOUND THE 24,000 SQUARE FOOT. VACANT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING. FORMERLY THE HOME OF WHAT IS CURRENTLY ANSTEAD RAIL. THE BUILDING CURRENTLY IS IN QUITE A. SITE OF DISREPAIR, OVERGROWN VEGETATION. AND WHAT WE ARE DOING IS ASKING FOR THE $600,000 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF CUSHION FOR ANY UNFORESEEN. OBSTACLES THAT COME ON. I'M SURE WE'RE ALL FAMILIAR WITH THOSE LAST MINUTE.
