SO WE GOT A GRANT WITH THEM TO TAKE A LOOK AT CREATING A TREE ORDINANCE, A TREE MASTER PLAN, AND A TREE MAINTENANCE PLAN. AND THEY AGREED TO HELP US WITH THIS ADDITIONAL CONCEPT AS WELL. SO THEY CAME OUT TO THE SITE AND TOOK A LOOK AT SYCAMORE STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON AND WITH, AND TOOK A LOOK AT THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. SO WE HAD INITIAL CONFLICTS BETWEEN TREES AND LIGHTING. WE HAD PEDESTRIAN ACCESS CONFLICTS. YOU CAN SEE THAT THERE'S A TREE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF ONE OF THE CROSSWALKS. AND THEN WE HAD LIMITED SOIL VOLUMES AND DEBRIS IN OUR DRAINAGE. SO THEY TOOK THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN MAKING CONCEPTS ABOUT HOW CAN WE HAVE LESS SIGNIFICANT OF AN IMPACT ON THE SIDEWALK? HOW CAN WE INTEGRATE TRAFFIC CALMING? HOW CAN WE INTEGRATE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AS WELL? SO HERE ARE THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. NOTING THAT THERE'S NO GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE. THERE'S IMPACTS SUCH AS URBAN HEAT ISLAND EFFECT, MEANING THE TEMPERATURE IS HIGHER BECAUSE OF THE PAVEMENT AND THE LACK OF SHADING . THERE'S LIMITED VISUAL INTEREST FOR PEDESTRIANS. NO BIKE LANES, DAMAGED SIDEWALKS.
SO THESE ARE THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. THE PROPOSED DESIGN THAT THEY TOOK A LOOK AT. AND AGAIN, THIS IS JUST CONCEPTUAL. THERE'S STILL WORK THAT WOULD NEED TO BE DONE IF WE WERE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH IMPLEMENTATION. WAS TAKING A LOOK AT HOW TO ADDRESS THOSE CONCERNS, SUCH AS PUSHING THE TREES OUT INTO THE STREET TO CREATE TRAFFIC CALMING, AS WELL

AS TO INCREASE THE VISIBILITY OF THE BUSINESSES POTENTIALLY HAVING BIOSWALES AS WELL TO MANAGE MORE STORMWATER AND HAVE LESS IMPACT ON OUR EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE. INCREASING WALKABILITY BY HAVING THAT SHADE INFRASTRUCTURE AS WELL, TRAFFIC CALMING AND LOOKING AT BIKE LANES HERE YOU CAN SEE JUST A CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PLAN OF THIS AS WELL, IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL TREES WHERE THESE BUMP OUTS COULD GO WOULD LOOK MORE TO HAVE THESE LOCATED NEAR INTERSECTIONS . SO THEY KIND OF NARROW THE CROSSING AREA FOR PEDESTRIANS AND SO FORTH. HERE YOU CAN SEE THE DISCUSSION ABOUT THESE TREE BUMP OUTS. THERE'S AN EXAMPLE LANCASTER, VIRGINIA HAS THESE IN PLACE. IT'S REALLY AN OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE MORE LANDSCAPING GREENERY AND WATER MANAGEMENT AS WELL. AND HERE IS A CONVERSATION REGARDING SPECIFICALLY BIOSWALES. SO THIS WOULD INCREASE THE STORMWATER RETENTION THAT WE COULD HAVE ON THE STREET, DECREASE FLOODING, FILTER POLLUTANTS. THOSE ARE KIND OF THE OPTIONS YOU WOULD HAVE AVAILABLE. AND THEN THEY ALSO MADE A RECOMMENDATION FOR A TYPE OF TREE THAT WOULD GO IN A BIOSWALE. IF WE ALSO WANTED TO STILL HAVE TREES FOR THAT SHADE AND REDUCTION OF HEAT ISLAND. AND A BLACK GUM TREE IS GREAT FOR BIOSWALES BECAUSE IT CAN HANDLE A LOT OF WATER AND FLOODING. WE ALSO HAVE SOME OTHER SPECIES RECOMMENDATIONS. SO I MENTIONED THE BLACK GUM THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING THAT CAN BE LOOKED INTO. IT HAS A GREAT FALL COLOR AND WOULD BE GREAT IN LOOKING AT OPTIONS FOR BIOSWALES . BUT THEN WE HAVE OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS AS WELL, LIKE THE HONEY LOCUST, AND THIS IS BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HAVE AN AWKWARD TEENAGE PHASE. IT WOULD REALLY GROW IN A WAY THAT'S GOING TO HAVE THE LEAST AMOUNT OF IMPACT ON THE VISIBILITY OF BUSINESSES, ON THE CORRIDOR. IT HAS LEAVES THAT ARE SPACED OUT ENOUGH THAT WILL ALLOW VISIBILITY. AND THEN THE EASTERN REDBUD, BECAUSE THIS IS A UNDERSTORY TREE, IT'S FLOWERING, IT'S ATTRACTIVE, BUT IT WOULD STILL ADD BENEFITS TO THE LANDSCAPE AS WELL. SO NEXT STEPS AGAIN THIS IS A CONCEPT WE HAD THE CONVERSATION. WE'RE LOOKING AT THE OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE FORWARD. WE THEN TOOK A LOOK AT OPPORTUNITIES FOR GRANTS THAT COULD HELP US WITH THIS. THERE'S SO MANY TREE GRANTS OUT THERE, BUT ONCE YOU GET TO THE POINT WHERE YOU'RE DOING INFRASTRUCTURE, SO THE BULB OUTS AND THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT, YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT DIFFERENT GRANT OPPORTUNITIES. SO WE WORKED WITH A FEW DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS TO FIND THE CHESAPEAKE BAY SMALL WATERSHED GRANT, AS WELL AS A STORMWATER LOCAL ASSISTANCE FUND. AND THOSE ARE A COUPLE OPPORTUNITIES WE CAN LOOK AT TO GET AN OFFICIAL DESIGN IN PLACE AND TO LOOK AT IMPLEMENTATION. SO THE FIRST GRANT JUST CLOSED.IT CLOSED IN APRIL, BUT WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO LOOK AT THAT IN EARLY 2025. IF WE WANT TO WAIT THAT LONG. AND THEN THERE'S ANOTHER GRANT, THE STORMWATER LOCAL ASSISTANCE FUND THAT WILL OPEN BACK UP AUGUST 1ST. AND THAT WILL REQUIRE 50% MATCH, THOUGH, AS WE LOOK TO MOVE FORWARD. THE OTHER GRANT, CHESAPEAKE BAY SMALL WATERSHED GRANT. THERE'S NO MATCH REQUIRED, BUT ONE IS ENCOURAGED. I'M PLEASED TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT SOME IDEAS AND DISCUSSIONS THAT HAVE TAKEN PLACE OVER THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS FOR AN ADAPTIVE REUSE OF THE MCKINNEY LIBRARY BUILDING FOR THE PETERSBURG AFRICAN AMERICAN HISTORY CULTURE CENTER AND ARCHIVES, I HAVE A SERIES OF SLIDES TO SHOW YOU THIS EVENING TO SHOW OUR FINDINGS ABOUT THE EXISTING CONDITIONS OF THE BUILDING. SOME EXAMPLES OF SIMILAR FACILITIES THAT HAVE BEEN DONE THROUGHOUT THE REGION, AND POTENTIAL WAYS THAT IT COULD BE ACCOMPLISHED IN THIS BUILDING. THIS IS JUST A PRELIMINARY STUDY. SO THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER IDEAS TO FOLLOW AND A LOT OF FURTHER DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL HAVE TO HAPPEN BEFORE THE PROJECT BECOMES A REALITY OR BEFORE THE, DESIGNS ARE FINALIZED. I THINK IN UNDERSTANDING HOW TO PRESERVE AND COME UP WITH AN APPROPRIATE ADAPTIVE REUSE FOR THE BUILDING, YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND SOME OF THE HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE OF THE BUILDING, THIS IS JUST A BRIEF BULLET POINT LIST OF A LOT OF THE DIFFERENT HISTORIC, EVENTS AND COMPONENTS TO THE BUILDING THAT MAKE IT IMPORTANT TO THE HISTORY OF THE CITY, IT WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1859 BY JOHN DODSON, WHO WAS THE FIRST ELECTED MAYOR FOR THE CITY OF PETERSBURG. IT WAS ONCE THE PRIMARY RESIDENCE FOR BILLY MAHONE, THE FAMOUS GENERAL AND, VIRGINIA SENATOR, IN 1923, IT WAS BEQUEATHED TO THE CITY OF PETERSBURG, BY PETERSBURG, BY CLARA MCKINNEY, AND THEN IN 1924, IT OPENED AS THE CITY LIBRARY. AND I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT, IN 2024, PETERSBURG LIBRARY WILL BE CELEBRATING ITS 100TH ANNIVERSARY. YEAH THE LIBRARY WAS EXPANDED IN 1958 WITH A MAJOR ADDITION THAT EXPANDED THE LIBRARY, SHELVING AND STACKS AREAS, AND IN 1960, IT WAS A MAJOR FOCAL POINT FOR CIVIL RIGHTS IN THE CITY, AND IT WAS DESEGREGATED IN 1960 AND NOVEMBER 7TH, 1960. WE'LL SHOW IN SOME FLOOR PLAN SHORTLY HOW THE LIBRARY WAS BROKEN UP AND HOW IT WAS SEGREGATED, AND HOW

THAT, STORY MAY BE TOLD IN THE BUILDING, AND THE FACILITY SERVED AS THE MAIN LIBRARY FOR THE CITY OF PETERSBURG UNTIL 2020, 2014, WHEN THE NEW LIBRARY WAS CONSTRUCTED, WE HAVE EXPLORED OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ADAPTIVE REUSE AND AS A FIRST STEP TO THAT, WE LOOKED AT EXAMPLES OF HOW OTHER BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN RENOVATED, HAVE HAD ADAPTIVE REUSE FOR BASICALLY THE SAME PURPOSE AS THIS FACILITY. ONE EXAMPLE IS IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND, THE BLACK HISTORY MUSEUM AND CULTURAL CENTER OF VIRGINIA, TOOK AN OLD ARMORY BUILDING AND PERFORMED AN ADAPTIVE REUSE TO CONVERT THAT BUILDING TO ITS CURRENT USE. IT HOUSES EXHIBITS, IT'S MULTI-PURPOSE SPACE AND MEETING SPACE, SIMILAR TO WHAT COULD BE DONE IN THE MCKINNEY BUILDING.ANOTHER EXAMPLE IS THE HARRISON MUSEUM OF AFRICAN AMERICAN CULTURE IN ROANOKE, THIS FACILITY STARTED IN A FORMER SEGREGATED SCHOOL IN THE CITY AND HAS SINCE RELOCATED TO A COMMERCIAL SPACE. BUT IT HIGHLIGHTS AN IMPORTANT HISTORY, IMPORTANT EVENTS OF AFRICAN AMERICAN CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE ENTIRE REGION, AND A THIRD EXAMPLE IS THE JEFFERSON SCHOOL IN CHARLOTTESVILLE, AND IT'S THE JEFFERSON SCHOOL, AFRICAN AMERICAN HERITAGE CENTER, IT'S A VERY KIND OF LARGE FACILITY, MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY THAT HAS CLASSROOM FUNCTIONS AS WELL AS EXHIBIT SPACE, MULTI-PURPOSE SPACE, AND LARGE MEETING ROOMS. SO THESE WERE SOME OF THE EXAMPLES WE LOOKED AT TOGETHER WITH THE MCKINNEY FOUNDATION TO SEE WHAT SOME OF THE OPPORTUNITIES WERE FOR THE MCKINNEY BUILDING, WHEN WE BEGAN OUR STUDY, WE TOOK A DETAILED LOOK AT THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. I THINK EVERYBODY RECENTLY PROBABLY HAS SEEN THE EXTERIOR CONDITION OF THE BUILDING, FORTUNATELY, IT DID RECEIVE A NEW ROOF RECENTLY, WHICH WILL HELP TO PRESERVE THE BUILDING. BUT THERE IS A LOT OF ADDITIONAL WORK THAT WILL HAVE TO HAPPEN TO PRESERVE AND RESTORE THE EXTERIOR, EXTENSIVE, STUCCO WORK AND REPAIR WILL BE NEEDED.
REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF WINDOWS. THE ROOFING ON THE 1958 ADDITION STILL NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, AND SOME STRUCTURAL MASONRY WORK NEEDS TO BE, REPAIRED ON THE EXTERIOR. SO EXTENSIVE WORK ON THE EXTERIOR, THESE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF SOME OF THE INTERIOR CONDITION. THIS IS THE BASEMENT OF THE BUILDING. THERE IS MOISTURE INFILTRATION THROUGH THE EXTERIOR WALLS AND RISING DAMP FROM THE, GROUND BELOW THE BUILDING. SO WATERPROOFING AND MOISTURE MITIGATION IN THE BASEMENT IS, IS A IS A PRIMARY IMPORTANCE IN THE BUILDING. ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES OF THE INTERIOR. THE SHOW SOME VERTICAL CIRCULATION AND MAJOR CIRCULATION PATHS IN THE BUILDING. THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING THAT WAS PUT IN THE 1950S. IT'S NOT CURRENTLY, IT'S NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE AND DOESN'T MEET CURRENT STANDARDS. SO THERE WILL BE UPGRADES TO HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY AND EGRESS COMPONENTS IN THE BUILDING TO MEET CODE, THE BUILDING IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE A LOT OF ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL, VERY ORNATE PLASTER WORK, MANTELS AND OTHER DETAIL IN THE BUILDING THAT WOULD BE REPAIRED AND RESTORED AS PART OF ANY ADAPTIVE REUSE AND RESTORATION. THESE PHOTOS SHOW THE 1958 CONSTRUCTION THAT ROOF, AS I MENTIONED, HAS BEEN LEAKING. I BELIEVE IT'S BEEN PATCHED NOW AT THIS POINT, BUT THERE IS SOME STRUCTURAL DAMAGE IN THE CORNER OF THE BUILDING THAT WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED AS PART OF ANY RENOVATION, THIS COMPONENT OR THIS AREA OF THE BUILDING, THE 1958 FLOOR, IS THOUGHT OF AS BEING THE ARCHIVES COMPONENT TO PRESERVE ARTIFACTS AND HISTORIC DOCUMENTS FOR THE CITY, THE STRUCTURE OF THAT BUILDING OF THIS PORTION OF THE BUILDING WOULD HAVE TO BE REINFORCED TO SUPPORT THE LOADS FOR THAT ARCHIVES FUNCTION. AND THESE ISSUES OR THESE PHOTOGRAPHS SHOW SOME OF THE STRUCTURAL CRACKING AND REPAIRS THAT HAVE TO BE DONE IN THE BUILDING, THE MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING SYSTEMS IN THE BUILDING ARE VERY OUTDATED.
I THINK PERHAPS THE DANGER STICKER ON THIS HVAC UNIT MAY BE A GOOD STATEMENT FOR MOST OF THE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS IN THE BUILDING. SO ALL OF THOSE WOULD HAVE TO BE UPGRADED AND REPLACED, A MORE SOPHISTICATED SYSTEM WOULD BE NEEDED FOR THE ARCHIVES COMPONENT OF THE BUILDING, WHICH WOULD BE MORE OF A SPECIALIZED MECHANICAL SYSTEM, ONE OF THE THOUGHTS FOR POTENTIAL FUNDING VEHICLE FOR THE PROJECT WOULD BE HISTORIC REHABILITATION TAX CREDITS. IN ORDER TO COME TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THOSE, THERE'S A SERIES OF STEPS THAT WOULD NEED TO BE TAKEN, SOME OF WHICH WOULD INVOLVE CAREFUL RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF SOME OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE AND ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL, WHICH WOULD LIMIT, TO SOME EXTENT, THE

UPGRADES THAT CAN BE MADE OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE BUILDING, BUT COULD BE A SUBSTANTIAL BENEFIT FOR THE FUNDING SOURCES FOR THE BUILDING, THE NEXT SERIES OF SLIDES SHOWS SOME OF THE INITIAL FLOOR PLAN IDEAS FOR THE BUILDING. THESE SHOW SOME DEMOLITION IN INSIDE THE EXISTING BUILDING. THE BLUE DASHED LINES REPRESENT FEATURES OF THE BUILDING THAT WOULD BE REMOVED. AS I SAID, WE'RE TRYING TO PRESERVE AS MUCH OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AS WE CAN AND MINIMIZE MODIFICATIONS. SO MOST OF THE REMOVAL OF MATERIALS OR ALTERATIONS THAT WERE DONE IN THE 1950S, AND THESE FLOOR PLANS SHOW POTENTIAL PROPOSED USES FOR THE BUILDING. SO THE GREEN THIS IS THE BASEMENT FLOOR PLAN. SO THE GREEN AREAS SHOW EXHIBIT SPACE IN THE BUILDING. THE LOWER FLOOR OF THE BUILDING WAS THE SEGREGATED AFRICAN AMERICAN PORTION OF THE BUILDING. SO THERE WOULD BE EXHIBITS THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING THAT WOULD TELL THAT STORY. BUT, THE LOWER FLOOR OF THE BUILDING WOULD KIND OF REPRESENT THE STORY THAT COULD BE TOLD AROUND THAT SEGREGATION, THE AREAS OF THE BUILDING THAT THAT SHOW UP IN A TAN COLOR IN THIS BUILDING WOULD BE STAFF SPACE. AND THE GRAY AREAS WOULD BE MECHANICAL SPACE. THE YELLOW AREAS ARE VERTICAL CIRCULATION, THE FIRST FLOOR PLAN, AGAIN, THE GREEN AREAS WOULD BE EXHIBIT SPACE. SO THE LEFT SIDE OF THIS PLAN FACES SYCAMORE STREET. SO THE STEPS WOULD LEAD YOU INTO THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING. YOU WOULD SEE THAT GRAND FOYER AND THAT GRAND STAIRCASE THAT YOU SAW IN AN EARLIER PHOTOGRAPH. AND THE ADJACENT ROOMS WOULD, WOULD FEATURE EXHIBITS, FOR THE LIBRARY AND ABOUT THE HISTORY AND THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN, CONTRIBUTION AND CULTURE TO THE CITY, THE AREA OF THE PLAN THAT SHOWS UP KIND OF A LAVENDER COLOR ON THIS SLIDE WOULD BE A MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM SPACE. SO THAT COULD BE USED FOR ALL TYPES OF EVENTS, WHETHER IT'S MEETINGS, LECTURES, COMMUNITY EVENTS, IN THE LIBRARY OR IN THE IN THE FACILITY. AND THEN THE BLUE AREAS OF THE BUILDING WOULD BE A, A, WOULD SERVE THE EXHIBIT OR WOULD SERVE THE ARCHIVES FUNCTION OF THE BUILDING. AND THIS IS THE SECOND FLOOR PLAN, AGAIN, THE BLUE AREAS ARE THE ARCHIVES COMPONENT OF THE BUILDING. THE BLUE AREA IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PLAN IS A READING ROOM, A RESEARCH ROOM, STAFF. STAFF WOULD RETRIEVE DOCUMENTS OR ARCHIVES, DOCUMENTS AND ALLOW FOR READING AND VIEWING OF THOSE DOCUMENTS IN THE READING ROOM.AND THE TAN AREAS WOULD BE OFFICE STAFF SPACE. WHAT CAN CDBG FUNDING DO. THESE ARE SOME EXAMPLES. HOUSING REHABILITATION, CODE ENFORCEMENT, ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY DEMOLITION INFRASTRUCTURE AND PUBLIC FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. BUT ULTIMATELY YOU HAVE TO SERVICE LOW TO MODERATE INCOME POPULATION. AND IT IS ALSO NOT ONLY BASED ON THESE EXAMPLES, BUT IS THREE NATIONAL OBJECTIVES THAT WE MUST MEET WHEN FUNDING ANY PROJECT. SO THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT WE, OVER THE PAST YEARS HAVE SEEN THAT WE'RE LIKE, HEY, THAT PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE CAME FROM REGULAR BUDGET OR OPERATING FUNDS, BUT IF WE'RE ABLE TO TACKLE SOME OF THOSE BIG PROJECTS WITH CDBG, WE'LL MAKE A BIGGER IMPACT IN THE CITY. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. ALL RIGHT. WELL GOVERNED BY 24 CFR 570. AND AS I MENTIONED, THE NATIONAL OBJECTIVES. THAT'S NUMBER ONE IS PROVIDE A BENEFIT TO LMI PERSON TO PREVENT OR ELIMINATE SLUMS BLIGHT OR MEET THE URGENT NEED OF THE COMMUNITY. THERE ARE TWO CAVEATS THERE THAT WE HAVE TO MAINTAIN, UP TO 15% OF MUNICIPALITIES CAN BE ALLOCATED FOR PUBLIC SERVICES. SO YOU'LL SEE THAT HERE AS WE GO THROUGH

THE SUBRECIPIENTS FOR THIS PROGRAM YEAR. AND WE'VE BEEN DOING THAT NOW FOR ABOUT A YEAR AS WELL, WHERE 15% IS GIVEN TO PUBLIC FUNDING AND THEN THE OTHER ONE IS GIVEN. THE REMAINDER IS GIVEN TO NON PUBLIC FUNDING. AND THEN 15 TO 20% CAN BE USED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS TO PAY FOR, THE SALARIES OF, OF THE CDBG ADMINISTRATOR AND SO ON AND SO FORTH. SO I'LL GIVE A PRIME EXAMPLE IF I'M IF, PARKS AND RECS WANTS TO FUND A PROJECT AT LEGENDS PARK THAT'S GOING TO MEET THE NEED OF THE COMMUNITY. SO OTHER, THE OTHER POPULATION OF PETERSBURG, PEOPLE THAT RESIDE IN THE OTHER PARTS OR OTHER CENSUS TRACK USE LEGENDS PARK. SO GUESS WHAT WE CAN DO? WE CAN STILL FUND IT, BUT WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT'S FUNDED UNDER THE PREMISE OF GATES OF HEY, WE'RE PROVIDING A SERVICE FOR ALL THE LOW MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE IN PETERSBURG, NOT JUST THOSE TWO CENSUS TRACKS. SO IT'S A GIFT AND A CURSE. WHILE THE ECONOMIC CONDITION HAS IMPROVED, WE HAVE TWO CENSUS TRACKS THAT ARE NOT TECHNICALLY SOLELY ELIGIBLE FOR CDBG FUNDS. NEXT SLIDE CRITERIA FUNDING. SO FOR THIS YEAR, 12 WERE NONPROFITS, FOUR WERE CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS. ONE WAS A CHURCH OR RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION, TWO WERE GOVERNMENT AND ONE A PIECE FROM PRIVATE FOUNDATION AND ONE OTHER. SO AS I SAID BEFORE, A LOT OF NONPROFITS ARE APPLYING FOR CDBG. NEXT SLIDE FOR THIS IS THE 2024 RECOMMENDATIONS.
