THE VERSION PRESENTED TODAY HAS BEEN UPDATED SINCE THE OPEN HOUSE, WITH ADDITIONAL COMMENTS INCORPORATED FROM STAFF AND THE CITY ATTORNEY. IN TERMS OF REVISIONS, WE'RE CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO DIVE VERY DEEPLY INTO EVERY REVISION. THERE IS A DOCUMENT THAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR PACKET THAT HELPS HIGHLIGHT EACH ARTICLE.
